Delivery, Returns & Disposal

Everything important about shipping, returns and disposal — transparent and without small print. If you have any questions, we're personally here for you.

Delivery

Standard shipping — free from CHF 100

On orders of CHF 100 or more we deliver free of charge within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein to the kerbside; below that, shipping is CHF 8.90. Smaller items such as duvets, pillows and accessories are shipped by parcel courier, larger products by freight carrier.

Delivery and assembly — from CHF 180

Delivery into your home including assembly and removal of the packaging material. The price depends on scope: e.g. CHF 180 for a mattress, CHF 300 for a bed or box spring bed — the exact price is shown at checkout. Condition: the goods must be transportable through the main entrance; hard-to-reach locations are excluded.

Collection in Bischofszell — free

The goods can be collected from us at any time by appointment: Deluxe Moebel GmbH, Fabrikstrasse 26a, 9220 Bischofszell.

Delivery time: We generally deliver within the timeframe stated for the product. In exceptional cases there may be delays of 2–3 weeks — in that case we will inform you.

Restricted access: If your address is not accessible for the truck, we deliver to the nearest accessible point; any additional costs incurred will be charged according to effort.

Returns & Exchange

Check on receipt: Please check the goods immediately after delivery and report any transport damage or defects promptly — we will quickly take care of a solution.

Binding order: Orders are generally binding; there is no general right of return. Made-to-measure items and configured products (e.g. box spring beds from the configurator) are excluded from exchange. Please still get in touch with us if you have a concern — we always look for a fair solution.

Refunds: A refund is granted for defective or wrongly delivered items. In all other cases we review your request individually, as a gesture of goodwill.

Warranty: Our products carry a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Damage from normal wear and tear, aging or improper handling is excluded.

100-night core exchange

Too firm or too soft? For mattresses marked accordingly, we exchange the mattress core for a different firmness within 100 nights. You'll find all conditions on the detail page.

Disposal

Packaging material: With the home delivery service we take all packaging material straight back with us.

Old mattresses & old furniture: Would you like to get rid of your old mattress or old bed? Contact us before delivery — we're happy to advise you on the options and costs of removal. Alternatively, municipal collection points accept mattresses and furniture as bulky waste.
