100-night core exchange
A new mattress takes time — and sometimes it only becomes clear after a few weeks that the chosen firmness isn't the right one. That's why we offer a core exchange for marked mattresses: within 100 nights of delivery we exchange the core of your mattress for a core in a different firmness.
The essentials
- Valid for 100 nights from delivery.
- The mattress core is exchanged (e.g. too firm or too soft) — not the entire mattress.
- No refund, no exchange of the entire mattress.
- A handling fee of CHF 200 applies per core exchange.
- Request via our contact page — we handle it personally.
What the core exchange covers
The core exchange concerns exclusively the core of the mattress: if your mattress feels too firm or too soft, we exchange the core for one in a different firmness. The cover and the mattress itself stay the same.
What is not included
- A refund of the purchase price is excluded.
- An exchange of the entire mattress is excluded.
- The core exchange is not a sleep trial with a right of return.
Cost
A handling fee of CHF 200 applies per core exchange. This covers collection or delivery and the rebuild — there are no further costs for you.
How it works
Get in touch within the 100 nights via our contact page — ideally with your order number and a short description (e.g. too firm / too soft). We review your request personally and agree the next steps with you. There is no automated process and no form procedure: a person takes care of your request.
Which products does the offer apply to?
The offer applies to mattresses and configurator products marked with the “100-night core exchange” note on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. The marking at the time of your purchase is decisive.
