How the gel regulates temperature

The cooling gel works together with vertical ventilation channels, making the Aero a highly effective temperature regulator. Technogel contains no air, which fundamentally sets it apart from foam, latex or memory foam. As soon as the metabolism slows down at night, excess body heat needs to be carried away – the gel absorbs this heat quickly and lowers the core temperature. Studies show that Technogel mattresses stay cooler through the night than comparable foam mattresses.
