Early in 2023, roviva gave its whole dream-away line an overhaul, and the air space mattress was part of that update. It now lies more comfortably than its predecessor, hugs the body more precisely and is more hygienic, courtesy of a reworked surface cut and the newest generation of Porotex-Pro foam. Customer feedback also prompted changes to the shoulder zone, which now reacts more sensitively, so pressure relief and shoulder cradling both improved.

Two cover options

The mattress cover in the dream-away line comes down to personal taste. Those who want something natural pick the «GrandeHygiène» version, woven from a mix of tussah silk, Swiss alpaca wool and Swiss new wool. A vegan alternative exists too: the «HypoAllergen» cover, whose Eco-Fiberfill climate fibre is spun from fully recycled polyester.

Easy cleaning, lasting freshness

How hygienic a mattress stays comes down to two things — airflow inside it, and how easily the cover can be cleaned. The air space handles both: its «Airbellows» keep the interior actively and continually fresh, while the cover itself goes straight into your own washing machine at 30°C or 60°C, no fuss involved.

A climate you can rely on

Much of what happens with heat and moisture in bed is down to the mattress itself — something this breathable build handles without effort. Alongside the «Airbellows», a cleverly engineered core threaded with vertical and horizontal ventilation channels takes the climate a step further still.

Fine adaptation to the body

Ergonomics and climate work together in how the air space feels to lie on. Its first layer is mainly responsible for pressure relief: an ErgoContour layer, present on both sides, carries a cube cut that lets the high-quality foam mould itself precisely to the body.

Swiss ergonomics at the core

The middle core pairs a medium firmness in the pelvic zone with a firmer tune in the lumbar zone, which makes the whole model lean somewhat firmer overall. The shoulder zone, meanwhile, gets an upgraded cradle that brings noticeable relief.
