BICO Slatted Frame Piatto A

The BICO Piatto A is an extremely flat slatted insert frame that, at just 3.5 cm in height, disappears almost invisibly even in beds with a low frame and shallow insert depth – without giving up on comfort.

Comfort through head elevation

Manual, multi-stage adjustability lets you keep the classic horizontal lying position or raise the head section individually. That relieves your neck and shoulders and opens up your airways – useful with a cold or if you tend to snore. A soft shoulder zone flexes gently as well, giving noticeable relief around the sensitive shoulder area.

Construction & materials

Despite its slim build, the frame is reinforced and multiply glued for lasting stability. The lying surface uses springy beech wood slats for balanced body support.

Sizes & practical details

Configure the Piatto A from 80 x 190 cm up to 180 x 220 cm to match your bed frame. From 160 cm in width the frame ships in two parts for stable support even on large sleeping surfaces. When installing, make sure the frame rests evenly on all bed rail corners so the soft shoulder zone and fine springing keep working well for years to come.
