A special shoulder zone for better ergonomics

What stands out about the bico-flex M4 is its special shoulder zone, a new BICO technology. When lying on your side, your body weight presses the spring elements down, letting the shoulder sink in gently with pressure relief. Lying on your back, by contrast, a wider area shares the load, and the shoulder stays in an ergonomically favorable position. The individual slats, with 3.5 cm of spring travel, also support the rest of the body ergonomically.
