BICO Topper Komfort

The BICO Topper Komfort is a soft topper made of EvoPoreHRC foam for boxspring beds. It rounds off the feel of the bed, provides additional pressure relief and has a washable Tencel cover. It is designed for sleepers who want a soft sleeping surface in every sleeping position.

Construction and materials

The core is a single-piece EvoPoreHRC foam core. It is air-permeable and takes up body weight with point elasticity. The shoulder, pelvis and lordosis zones have no inserts or spring elements of their own.

Between core and cover lies a layer of Swiss sheep shearing wool with a 200 g/m² wool fleece. The Masterfit jersey cover is 70% polyester and 30% Tencel, is quilted and equipped with Sensity dust mite protection.

Who the Topper Komfort is for

The Topper Komfort suits back and side sleepers, as well as sleepers who change position. It is intended as an addition to a boxspring mattress and can be used in every sleeping position. It is listed for shoulders and neck and for a rather cosy feel. The medium firmness level covers body weights from 40 to 120 kg.

For stomach sleepers it is less suitable. For the lower back it is also less suitable.

Sizes and options

The Topper Komfort is available in widths from 80 to 200 cm and lengths from 190 to 220 cm, with a single firmness level (medium). You choose the size in the configurator.

Care and warranty

The cover can be removed and washed at 60 °C. The topper is not suitable for the tumble dryer and should therefore air dry. The topper is suitable for allergy sufferers and is equipped with Sensity dust mite protection.

Our assessment

The Topper Komfort is the right choice if you are looking for a soft layer without springs and want to wash the cover regularly. For comparison, the BICO Topper Standard is a good match: a single-piece core with a Swisswool wool layer, which also works without spring elements.
