The essentials

• Operable only with control box and wireless remote
• Additional control box required for use
• Article number 73001398

Construction and materials

The Premium Flex 4000 and 2000 are motorised system frames with wireless remote control and Bluetooth, with a total height of 11.5 cm. The 4000 adjusts using 4 motors, the 2000 using 2 motors.

Both frames can be fitted with an additional massage unit. The unit is operated via the control box. With the Premium Flex 4000, an additional control box is sufficient; with the Premium Flex 2000, you also need an additional wireless remote control.

Who the massage unit is for

The massage unit is of interest to you if you have a Premium Flex 4000 or 2000 and want to extend your frame with a massage function. It can be retrofitted, so the decision can also be made after buying the frame.

It only fits these two frames. The Premium Flex 3000, as well as rigid and manually adjustable models, is not designed for it. Include the additional control box in your plans, because the unit does not work without it.

Sizes and options

The massage unit is offered in one version. The control box and remote control are separate items and are not included. For the Premium Flex 4000 you also need the additional control box; for the Premium Flex 2000, the additional control box and the additional wireless remote control.

Care and warranty

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to the massage unit. Motors and remote controls of the TEMPUR system frames carry a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. The Premium Flex system frames themselves have a 10-year warranty when used properly.

Our assessment

The massage unit is an add-on for anyone who wants more from a Premium Flex 4000 or 2000 than simple adjustment. Plan to order the control box and, with the 2000, the remote control at the same time. If you are looking for a light function, have a look at the LED light strip.
