About the brand
Technogel is a gel material without plasticising oils that deforms in three dimensions: it behaves like a liquid with the shape stability of a solid. The gel is odourless and hypoallergenic and certified to Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® (certificate 98.0.2425). The company was founded in 1998 as a joint venture of Royal Medica and Ottobock and extended its development to sleep products in 2008.
Thanks to its 3D deformability, Technogel distributes pressure evenly and adapts to the body in every lying position. The natural thermal capacity of the gel absorbs heat and dissipates it, and the Tower-Grid design promotes air circulation.
The Technogel mattresses for Switzerland are made by Bawi-Tex AG in Goldau in central Switzerland from Swiss foam and the patented gel from Italy. At Deluxe Sleep you will find the Aero, Emozione and Incanto models of the Original collection, each in the firmness levels soft, medium and firm and with a removable zipped cover. The Aero is designed to be firmer than the other models and has a reinforced centre zone and vertical air channels in the gel layer. The Emozione has a full-body gel layer with a different structure of the lying zones for shoulders and hips. The Incanto has a full-body gel layer with a cube design.
In its pillows, too, Technogel combines the gel with viscoelastic foam. The VIVE pillows contain around 1.85 kg of gel, almost twice as much as conventional Technogel pillows. The Adjustable pillows are height-adjustable, the LAB Back & Side pillow encourages sleeping on the back and supports the sides, and the CPAP pillow is designed for people with sleep apnoea during CPAP therapy.
In addition there are travel pillows, the seat cushions FLAT, PEBBLE and WEDGE, the lumbar support and the gel sleep mask from the Living collection. Technogel® Matratzen haben eine beschränkte Pro-rata-Garantie von 10 (5+5) Jahren. Während der ersten 5 Jahre gewährt Technogel eine beschränkte Garantie auf Material- und Verarbeitungsmängel durch kostenlosen Austausch des Produkts. Auf Bezüge und Tragegriffe wird eine separate 2-Jahres-Garantie gewährt.

What warranty applies to Technogel mattresses and pillows?
All Technogel mattresses are covered from the date of purchase by a 10-year warranty (5+5) against defects in material or workmanship. It is a limited pro rata warranty: during the first 5 years Technogel grants a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship by replacing the product free of charge. A separate 2-year warranty is granted on covers and carrying handles. A warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase applies to the pillow core.
Which Technogel pillow is right for me?
The Anatomic pillow gives higher support in the neck area and is particularly suitable for back or side sleepers of medium to large build. The Adjustable Deluxe is an all-rounder for back, side and stomach sleepers; the Adjustable pillows are height-adjustable. The CPAP pillow is intended for side sleepers wearing a mask. Technogel pillows are available in different heights.
How much does delivery of Technogel products cost at Deluxe Sleep?
On orders of CHF 100 or more we deliver free of charge within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein to the kerbside; below that, shipping is CHF 8.90. Smaller items are shipped by parcel courier, larger products by freight carrier. Delivery into your home including assembly and removal of the packaging material can be added as an option for a flat CHF 149 per order (not for orders that contain only pillows).
