About the brand
Softsleep stands for mattresses, slatted frames and bedding from Central Switzerland. The brand belongs to Bawi-Tex AG in Goldau, a family business that is run today by the third generation. The Softsleep mattresses are produced in Goldau, using foams from Switzerland. Softsleep also offers a complete range for good sleep, from toppers and slatted frames to bed frames and pillows.
At Deluxe Sleep you will find six Softsleep mattresses. ViscoStar combines a supportive base of EvoPore HRC foam with a soft viscoelastic comfort layer. EvoFlex relies on EvoPore HRC with a 3D profile and ventilation channels. Optima Air has vertically perforated latex layers, channels in the centre core and a 7-zone core. Comfort Trend is a 7-zone mattress made of EvoPore HRC, profiled in the shoulder comfort zone and in the centre zone. PocketRelax is a pocket spring mattress with 5 zones whose air-permeable structure suits people who tend to sweat. There is also a mattress for the child's bed.
On ViscoStar, EvoFlex, Optima Air, Comfort Trend and PocketRelax the mattress cover can be removed and washed easily thanks to the zip all the way round. You choose the firmness level directly on the product page of each model.
The range includes the toppers in Latex, Standard and Visco, the Trioflex slatted frames with a solid beech frame – as the KF with manual head and foot adjustment or as the Motor with two motors, corded remote control, mains disconnection and emergency lowering –, the Melody bed frames in black, walnut and white, made in Switzerland, as well as pillows and the mattress bridge.

Frequently asked questions
Where does Softsleep come from?
Softsleep is a brand of Bawi-Tex AG in Goldau in the canton of Schwyz, a family business from Central Switzerland. The Softsleep mattresses are produced in Goldau.
Which Softsleep mattresses does Deluxe Sleep offer?
ViscoStar, EvoFlex, Optima Air, Comfort Trend, PocketRelax and a mattress for the child's bed. In addition there are toppers in Latex, Standard and Visco, the Trioflex KF and Motor slatted frames, the Melody bed frames in black, walnut and white, pillows and the mattress bridge.
Which firmness levels are there for Softsleep mattresses?
You choose the firmness level on the product page: ViscoStar, Optima Air and Comfort Trend come in soft and medium, EvoFlex in soft, medium and firm, PocketRelax in medium and firm. Our sleep advisor or personal advice in our showroom in Bischofszell will help you choose.
Which Softsleep mattress suits people who sweat a lot?
The PocketRelax pocket spring mattress has an air-permeable structure and suits people who tend to sweat. The Optima Air gets its ventilation from vertically perforated latex layers and channels in the centre core.
What warranty applies to Softsleep products?
On mattresses and slatted frames Softsleep grants a 10-year pro rata warranty. In the case of proven manufacturing or material defects, repair or replacement is free of charge in the first two years from the date of purchase; after that, a share of the valid gross price is charged for each further year of use. For the motors of the slatted frames as well as for bed frames and accessories the warranty period is two years (full warranty). On duvets and pillows Softsleep grants a full warranty of 2 years. Transport and packaging costs are excluded from the warranty, and the warranty is granted on presentation of proof of purchase. Softsleep publishes the full terms on softsleep.ch.
For which mattresses is a Softsleep topper suitable?
Softsleep recommends toppers only for firm mattresses: they make a mattress cosier or softer. They do not make a mattress that is too soft or sagging firmer, and they do not repair a worn-out mattress.
Does the Softsleep Trioflex slatted frame fit every mattress?
Yes, the Trioflex slatted frame is suitable for every mattress and has an installation height of about 9 cm. Its pelvis zone is adjusted with firmness adjustment clips that do not shift by themselves. The figures are gross dimensions: the effective inner dimension is 1 cm smaller in width and about 3 cm smaller in length, so the frame fits standard bed frames.
How much does delivery cost?
On orders of CHF 100 or more we deliver free of charge within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein to the kerbside; below that, standard shipping is CHF 8.90. Delivery into your home including assembly can be added as an option for a flat CHF 149 (not for orders that contain only pillows). In Bischofszell you can also collect the goods free of charge by appointment. All terms are on our page “Delivery, Returns & Disposal”.
